Thank you for ordering from GlobalCommunity. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website globalcommunity.sbs or by telephone at +39 06 1234 5678.
Returns
You have the right to return a product and get a refund or exchange within 30 minutes of receipt if the product is incorrect, damaged, or if you've received the wrong order. After 30 minutes from the delivery time, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange due to the perishable nature of our products.
Refunds
Once we receive your claim and confirm the issue, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will automatically credit the refund amount to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If your order is incorrect or damaged, we are happy to exchange it for the correct or undamaged item. Please contact us within the aforementioned 30-minute window to request an exchange.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled without charge up to the point at which the cooking process has begun. Once preparation has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that gift cards, health and personal care items, as well as any customized or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
