'GlobalCommunity started with an earnest dream: to introduce real Neapolitan pizza to Roma. Established by the Bianchi family in 1985, our pizza shop began as a modest, family-operated venture with recipes passed down for generations.
Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the craft of pizza creation on her journeys through Italy, learning from veteran pizza makers in Naples—the pizza’s homeland. When she came back to the UK, she strived to replicate the wonder of true Italian pizza, sticking to time-honored techniques and using only the best quality materials.
What started as a humble pizzeria with just 12 seats has flourished into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our dedication to craftsmanship and genuineness remains firm. We still practice ancient wood-fired oven methods, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and select first-rate ingredients for our dishes.
Currently, 'GlobalCommunity' is still in the hands of the Bianchi family, as the second generation steers our zealous crew. Although we've adopted certain contemporary innovations, our core philosophy endures: serving delicious, genuine pizza that unites our community.
